HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Well, I tried to find the scariest picture I possibly could to post for Halloween, and this is what I came up with. Pretty scary huh? This picture was taken last weekend before that Halloween party that we went to.

This Friday we went to another costume party that was put on by a guy in Eric's squadron. We had a blast!! Also, Eric's dad came into town on Friday on his way from Colorado to Mississippi.

On Saturday we all went to IKEA in Frisco, TX because I saw that they were having a sale that weekend only and I wanted to buy a big ottoman I had seen. It was pretty fun. We ate at the Cheescake factory for lunch. I was able to find some nice curtains and hardware for our cabinets too.

Weekend

We had another busy weekend. On Friday we went to another Hail and Farewell for Eric's squardon, which was pretty fun. On Saturday, we went to a Halloween party that was held by the spouse's club of Eric's squadron. We dressed up and I was a Bronco football player and Eric was a Bronco cheerleader. It was pretty funny! I think the party was a little more oriented towards kids, but we still had fun. On Sunday, we watched the Broncos game which was really close, but they lost =(. Then we had dinner with my sister and parents. I'm sure we will have another eventful weekend this week. Hopefully we will get to go on a haunted hike!

Navy Ball

This weekend, we went to The Navy Ball which was on Saturday night at the Cowboy Hall of Fame. We got a hotel room at the Marriott in OKC where both the pre and post parties were. We met some really cool people there and had a lot of fun. I will try to post some pictures soon.

On Sunday we had my parents over for burgers and a movie. We hadn't hung out with them in a while, so it was good to see them. We rented The Longest Mile which was a remake of an older, very silly movie. It wasn't one of my favorite Adam Sandler movies, but it was entertaining.

We might be going to Little Sahara next weekend for some four-wheeling on the sand dunes, but I don't know if it will work out or not. It might just be the guys, or the whole gang. We will just have to see how it works out.

Happy Columbus Day!

We had a great weekend! On Friday, we went to a cook out at Paul & Dorelie's house where we hung out with a couple that are in Eric and Paul's squadron. We met them at the Hail and Farewell and they seem very nice.

On Saturday, Susan and her husband, Matt came in to town from Tulsa and we went out to eat with Jennifer and Josh. It was great catching up with them! After dinner at Zio's(Yummy!) we came back to our house to play some games. The boys all played monopoly while the girls played karaoke. It was a blast! Here is a pic from that night:

On Sunday, I went with a friend, Colleen, to Frisco, TX for a day of shopping. It was a lot of fun! We went to IKEA, which I had never been to and fell in love with it! I am hoping to go back soon when we have more $ and do some serious shopping!!

Weekend

I am just killing a little bit of time at work and thought I would post what we did this weekend. On Friday, we went to a poker tournament that was held by the spouse's club of Eric's squadron to raise money for charity. Eric played, but went out pretty early unfortunately. I played a game of pool and did really well. I was surprised with myself. On Saturday, we celebrated Paul's birthday by going out to eat with him along with Dorelie, Ashley, and Nick. We then went back to their house to play some Halo online. Well that's really all for now!
