Ok, so I finally posted pictures from our trip to New York last March. Here is a link for them: New York
Yesterday, my mom and I went to the State fair. It was a lot of fun! We tried a bunch of food including fried cheese, chocolate dipped frozen cheesecake, and fried oreos! Yum! We also watched a cattle dog herding show where the dog owners had to get their dog to herd 3 cattle through various obstacles using a whistle. It was so fun to watch! The dogs were so similar in looks and mannerisms to Aspen. We also watched Jump the dog show where several rescue dogs performed tricks with Frisbees.
I forgot to mention in my last blog about our labor day weekend. We actually drove to Clovis, NM to surprise my grandma for her 80th birthday! It was the first time Eric had ever been to my birthplace and so of course we had to take him on a tour of all our old houses. We also drove to Red Rock canyon to visit my sister and her family where they were camping. It was a pretty eventful weekend!

Great pictures! Looks like you guys had so much fun. I really liked the pictures at night from the Empire State Building and the one you took of the 3 of them walking in Central Park, reminds me of that Beatles cover album, Abbey Road (minus the zebra strips and the portrait angle). lol.
